Okay so I agree with the charging people but just because there isn't much of Gilchrist now doesn't mean that it will be gone forever because in 1961, hurricane Carla came and whiped out Gilchrist and it got restored to where there were people there again. And I don't know much about the erosion problem but the jeti sounds like a good idea because the hurricanes dont just cause damage to homes and islands they do cause the erosion too. And what about cameras? Someone could put cameras up near rollover and fine the people that litter and catch too much. Someone can try and talk to the game wardens of bolivar about checking people at rollover because it is never empty. That is just my idea.
