Brisk morning for saturday,shot across aransas bay to allyns bite and we were using pumkin and charteus colors lhad a few good hits but nothing in the boat went to mud island and the same, sunday we hit estes flats then went around towards california hole and drifted through that whole area and on the back side of calif. we hit a real good trout bite,at one time it was one right after another, we boxed five nice fat trout and managed to boat two dink reds, nothin like getting on top of a bite like that using articial. pumkinseed and chartues was the go to color for the weekend. Had great time, now I am ready to start linning up all the trips from the auction.

Nice, there are defintely trout hanging around the hole especially on the shouth side where the shell is.
