Went out yesterday with my brother and my bro n law..waited until about 8am due to the winds but even at 8am the wind was horrible..water super glassy..even with no wind we managed to get about 4 trout in the boat..wind picked up about 10 and the bite started instantly..managed 19 total trout and 1 red and 5 throwback reds..all in all great day until towards the end...my brother was using my rod and he caught the biggest catch of the day (the boat) and ended up snapping my rod in two!  Its ok though that just gives me a reason to buy a new one.

Looks like it was a very good day fishing-wise and a bad day for the rod but.....you know what they say about a "bad day fishing"   Grin
