My brother went fishing on Saterday at Arroyo City and they ended stealing the guide poles off the trailer including the black covers that say ShallowSport on them. I have them marked and when i find the trailor with them on, belive me that i will break every window on the truck and owner. Thank You!Can't wait! Kiss

On another Note: We have also been having problems on the home owners side as well... i had a prop stolen from me a month or so ago, they also wiped out my neighbors fishing tackle room..think they're going by water at night and dropping them off... it might be our usual group that has been caught before OR the new guy that everyone is thinking.... either way, yes very sad!!!!!! they'll get caught trust me, its a matter of time....

I know it is upsetting to be burglarized like that; but it you go busting out windows, you are no better than them. In fact you may be vandalizing an innocent person's vehicle. The person may have bought the stuff off the thief without knowing it is stolen.

Before you resort to vandalizing a vehicle report it to the police and ask the person where they got it from to save you the hassle legal problems which will be more than the cost of what was stolen.

Was there this week and I was sure I had more gas in my truck when I got there then when I left.
Also I'm sure I read a sigh that said the area was monitored by video.

Sorry to hear about everyones misfortunes but i hope they get caught. That place needs more parking space and lights bad, but all we get is a new gate to make it more difficult to get in. 1 out of 3 times i insert the ticket the damn thing don't work. Anyways i was just venting and lets keep an eye out for these low-lifes. My brother and cousin went out again today and they came back with a limit of red's, said they were tailing all over the place so i guess the fishing is hot right now. Good Luck

I have a story for u, after a full day of fishing I took my girlfriend to eat at "The Wharf" (good fajitas) at Arroyo city, I parked my truck & my shallowsport boat across the restaurant, & when i came out low and behold, my motor was missing its gavitational plate, suckers had taken it off, I had just seen it when I unplugged my drained plugs, suxs!! Brothers we need to stick together & asked questions to ppl if they look suspicious around our trucks, trailers, and boots!!Good luck guys safe fishing!!

I remember last year this group of kids renting across the street from me in Harlingen were constantly unloading fishing rods day after day, and i mean real nice stuff.  It got frustrating because we kept on calling the cops on these people over and over again for other reasons, but nothing was ever done.  They were later caught red handed breaking into a Game Wardens house they had pretty much all of the wardens rifles loaded when they were busted.  It could have been these guys again i know the story on them was in the paper this time last year.
