It's a good thing for them...
The Ramp has no slight lean now and slips are available...
I'll pay the fee if I need to use it.
Jim's is at $15
Parrot eyes $5
Isla Blanca along with Adolph $60 for the year....

They all charge.....
Even if you don't have a boat and want to fish the Pier.....

KOA is free. just not maintained well and is shallow on a low tide

The KOA is a private ramp only for the campground in my opinion, haven't been there in two years when i camped there. They may have changed the ramp policy, not sure.

Just as long as you park on the sand flats they will let you use it. Unless its changed in the last year. I asked several years ago even after they changed to KOA and they said it was ok
