Well it just gets better and better. First no CIAP funding, NO PERMIT, get the permit and ready to go but No CEPRA funding for Cedar Bayou/Vinson Slough, and I can say that there will be no funding from BP either. Why? All you have to do is look at the list that did get funding, and know that this project has be politically charged from the start. For your information, not one elected official from county judge, commissioners, State Rep., state senator, and governor has openly spoke about this project, WHY? You all know the answer to that, money. You have to remember, that somebody seeking personal power is somebody whose main political motive is self advancement and whose methods are often unscrupulous. Do you really think that they want to rock their boat. Sink our boat and get our vote. Our state has the money to open these passe's, but that would mean that they could not balance the state budget. Yes, I said balance the state budget with our money that we pay to the Wallop-Breaux and SFR. $31 million dollars of our money. So what is next? At this point in time I would have raised hell with someone and demanded that those passe's get open, but as I work behind closed doors and not allowed to open my mouth or attend any meetings and speak to any one any more, I have been thrown under the bus, the problem is that I have been hit before and picked myself up and went at them again. I will not set here and watch as these token monkeys screw up this project. I am asking all of you to write, email, call your Rep. Sen. and yes the Governor and demand that these passe's get open up and flowing ASAP. No more delays, which has driven the cost from $862,000 to $6.4 million. This is insane people. This has got to stop now. Ask your elected official about Fund 9. You your self get all the information on the Game, Fish and water safety fund, FUND 9 and why the state is holding it back. I have ask Todd Hunter to look into it, but have not heard a word from him yet. I don't know about the rest of you, but I am bone tired of all this nonsense. This has been going on far to long. So please, demand answers. I will get back with you when I get some sort of answer from Hunter.

Are there any other ways that I can help? Already wrote to everyone and got the standard BS form letter. Are there any other places to get funding? Please let me know how I can help.

Sorry for not getting back to you guys, had to make a trip to the ER. I don't know if any one has ever had vertigo, but man it is awful. Suppose to be in bed, yea, right. If Bob finds me on this pc I am going to be banned forever. But, I did talk to the GLO and we may not be out just yet as for the CEPRA funding. When I can set up with out falling out of the chair, I plan to keep on top of that. I found out that TPWD was allocated 180 million bucks this year and I can't think of a better reason for them to spend 6.4 million of our money on. The Judge will be meeting with several oil company's, hopefully he can get them to help out. Reef Dawg, I just don't know what else to do. I will keep calling and asking for their help. The only thing that we can do at this point is just keep this project alive and on the top shelf. We have to let them know that we are not going away until those pass's are open. On a wet note, DANG IT RAINED.YE HA Got to go, later.

Lynn, sure seems like they should carve out the project from that 180 mil. Wouldn't even make a dent in it. Hope they do. Take care and thanks again for all the hard work.
