i was wandering if anyone new of a wide yak i want it to be like 9 or 10 foot but super wide and it has to hold up to at least 300 lbs and a fishing kayak i want it to b wide to be more stable and cause im a big guy and i wanna b able to stand on it and put the stand n fish i was lookin at the malibu mini x just let me now if you now anything that meats my standards

There is no perfect yak for you. I think you're going to be disappointed because you're not going to get what you want parameter wise. Ocean Kayak makes the Big Yak which is 9' 8" long, 34" wide, but it's maximum carry capacity is only 300#.

If you want more weight carrying capacity, you're not going to find it in a 9' or 10' sit on top fishing kayak. More carrying capacity for weight means a longer yak. Two yaks are below.

Ocean Kayak makes a yak called the Prowler Big Game. It's 12' 9" long, 34' wide with a weight carrying capacity of 600#.

Another "big guy yak" is a Cobra Fish N Dive. It's 12' 6" long, 36" wide with a weight carrying capacity of 600#.

Keep this in mind. These yaks weren't designed for standing. In the end, you're going to have to compromise on your parameters (what you want) if you want to fish from a yak.

Malibu has some big boy yaks too. The x-factors are wide.

Hobie has the Pro Angler, the weight capacity is well over 300lbs.

Pro Angler from Hobie is at least 600 lb capacity , you can standup easily with no problem  Wink

You will spend some money on that yak but it is like a tank, strong but agile. Especially when coming off the trailer before a morning of fishing.
