Interesting system and I agree with Night Wing about the wind and waves. If you fish an area with strong winds and waves this may not be the thing for your yak.

I personally am going to look into the system for my own yak.

i like the kayak you can run those in a few inches of water and that stand thing is pretty neat thinking about investing in one for kayak the flatstalkers are neat but probably harder to paddle and kayak are selling preety cheap right now

I just recently purchased a flatstalker.  Went on a gamble and bought it without trying it.  I had done a little kayak fishing in the past and loved it but it just killed my back.  I just couldnt sit and fish all day.  So my thinking was that being able to stand up and sit down when I wanted to would be a plus.  So, I have made 2 trips down to the Texas coast so far and it has worked out pretty well.  The first few hours were interesting just getting used to it, but after that everything has been great.  Both trips we had good wind so paddling wasnt a issue.  I paddled some to conserve battery life and it worked great and felt good to get a little workout.  Would I want to paddle on a windy day, NO, but if its extremely windy, I probably wont be fishing.  I think I bought it more than anything just being able to stand up and fish easy if I wanted to and it accomplishes that.  If anyone has anymore specific questions about it just let me know because I would be glad to help.
