I will be joining the Valley Veterans commitee as part of the fishing community.... I will help host the tournament, so far the commitee approved the idea and the tournament date. I will have a meeting this coming Tuesday and will let you all know the details.

* Decisions of Organizers & Weigh Masters are final. Winners determined by total weight of up to three (3) regulation size fish per category. In case of ties then highest total length for all three fish decides tiebreaker. Fish entered into contest will be donated for the Appreciation Lunch on September 18, 2011.
** Cash & Prizes based on minimum of 50 boats. Awards: 50% CASH & 50% PRIZES. Each team has maximum of 4-persons per boat. Every member must have a valid Salt Water Fishing license & tags.
*** Over-sized Red Fish entry fee is $40.00 per boat and pot split 50/50 to max prize of $500.00 for one (1) first place individual prize.

We had one planned but Dolly came through and had the Island all messed up and due to safety concerns we canceled the tournament.
