The daily bag its  1 and doesnt have  size limit, and yes you can find  many of them  1/2  or 2' but you know  bigger the bait, bigger the fish,  and yes, you can use cut mullet or live, or  10" tilapia.

Its in west mission but last I heard the park had been closed since the floods. There is a lake inside the park that was formed from runoff water from the rio grande. I'm not sure if fishing was re opened to the public.

Oh yeah, its 8ft plus. I saw it turn over one afternoon when i was Bass fishing with Colorado (member) on our old jon boat. The good ol days, I really miss fishing the back lakes, sometimes fishing the bay feels like you just got hit by a semi. Nothing like a nice relaxing day on the lake with an ice chest full of cold ones.

Is correct, i used to fish there in Bentsen Park, but after the flood, the alligators are left, as the level went up, I have been fishing from shore, and no longer see the big alligators just 2 or 3 ' max. it's a shame it was a very good lake to fish gars, but not  anymore, only if  you want to catch little ones. But hey, one day  they have to grow up.    Thats why now im looking  for  new spots and bigers gars.

Great video, always a pleasure to watch your videos.  Keep em coming.  How far up the arroyo were you?  Were you closer to Rio Hondo than Arroyo to city?
