To give a lie to something you must show that something is not true. A lie is a false statement made deliberately. A falsehood is an intentionally untrue statement. Fraud, the crime of obtaining money or some other benefit by deliberate deception, some body who deliberately deceives somebody else, or something that is intended to deceive people. Corruption, dishonest exploitation of power for personal gain, To conspire, to plan secretly to act illegally or to plan in secret with others to commit an illegal or subversive act, to combine so as to cause a particular results. By now you must be wondering if I have lost my mine. Not yet, but over the years this is just what I have uncovered on the Cedar Bayou and Vinson Slough documents. This is a story that needs to be told and I am planning to do just that this month. I have had enough of this BS. As I set and read the post on fish kills, and limits and how concerned the agencies appear to be about this last freeze, I am just sick of it. History has repeated its self. In 1983 we had a very bad freeze and guess what? Most of the coastal passes had been closed off in 1979. Cedar Bayou had a slight flow but not enough. Today, Cedar Bayou and Vinson Slough are gone, plugged tight, nothing going out and nothing coming in. The fish are not the only thing that is going to die. The CORPS said in Oct. 8Th 2010 that we should have the permit in about two weeks, LIE. They now want a survey of the seagrass around that area, another $13,000 worth. This should not have to happen. So now it looks like the permit will not be issued until March, MAYBE. So, I have decided not to put off telling the story any longer. I am taking these documents to Austin and showing these people the FACTS, in the agencies own words. I will not be posting any more for a while, I have a lot of work ahead and I need to spend that time on putting this together. I will after I get back let you know what happen or you might hear about by way of a press release. Also, if you don't hear it from me, it will be hear say. I hunted these documents down, I am the only one that truly knows what happen and after I have my meeting then all of you will know the truth. Until then, stay warm, stay safe.
